Immunizations<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

NOTE: Due to an unpredictable vaccine supply, not all vaccines are available at all times. If you are less than 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please contact the immunization coordinator (260-499-4182, ext. 1) for more information.
<\/span><\/p>\n

Vaccines (en Espa\u0144ol<\/span><\/a>) are given based on guidelines from the Indiana<\/span> Department of Health (IDOH)<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)<\/span><\/a>\u00a0schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lead Poisoning Prevention Program<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

For Children:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

To qualify for the free vaccines you must:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Have no medical insurance. A large deductible does NOT count as uninsured.<\/li>\n
  2. Be enrolled in the Medicaid or Hoosier Healthwise Program<\/li>\n
  3. Have medical insurance that does not cover vaccines.\u00a0 This will be a very limited group, as health insurance companies are required by the Affordable Care Act to cover at least a portion of wellness\/immunizations.<\/li>\n
  4. Be Native American or Alaskan Indian descent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Immunization Clinic administers free of charge the following vaccines to children through 18 years of age:

    \u2022 HEP B – Hepatitis B
    \u2022 HEP A – Hepatitis A
    \u2022 MCV4 – Meningococcal
    \u2022 PCV7 – Pneumococcal Conjugate
    \u2022 Rota Teq\u2122 – Rotavirus
    \u2022 Influenza – flu, seasonal (\u201cLa Gripa\/Gripe\u201d)
    \u2022 HPV – Human Papilloma Viru<\/span>s<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2022 Hib – Human Influenza type B\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
